Bug where after continuing in endless, consuming a rage fish removed all arrows. Also very frustrating when kicking over a mushroom on a spike run - no enemies attack and they heal 40+ every round - had to quit game due to endless stall.

f'real though, they aren't caring about this build anymore since they are working on the steam release/beta builds

hey the game is great but I would like to report a bug, it's very small actually. but I bring two vitality rings and when I continue the game I have to remove them from the backpack and put them back to activate if I don't it doesn't work and good luck with that design.

Does anyone have any tips because I'm so bad I can't make it past Deep Cave :(

for starts, make sure you press "M" to talk to matt on the start screen to get a starting bonus. Try to save room for energy replenishing food and don't underestimate seasoning as a means of healing! you can beat first pass with that alone ^^

Best tip I could give you is that you have to make sure you have a key in the crypt finale boss room and open the locked door after killing the boss. It will help you skip deep cave and let you go to enchanted swamp. I hope this message helps.

Enchanted swamp is veeeeeery veeery bad against thorns builds and sustain builds. In my 200+ floor I went there once and almost killed my run, because the boss was hit by a single hit of my multi hit chain, while he summons 3 minions every turn.

IMPOSSIBLE to deal with with many many builds, other path is much more straight forward in general.

Just try around with items and see if you might just overlook a good common item. The strenght of an item does not just come from raw stats, but also the space they are using. For example, the club is extremely good since it has -1 weakness against multihits, does same damage as wooden sword and frees one space. 

Consumes are also great just to make the floors easier. 12 dmg to all, 6 poison, all the extra turns. This makes it possible to easily farm the floor usually to get a better powerspike for the next floor. 

Reorganizing regulary for optimise item synergies and taking temporary items like machete, even if you throw it away next round, can greatly change how well you are doing, especially early game.

Ethereal bomb bow: not as strong as i was hoping, but i'm glad i got it to work. For the amount of time and clicking, i think the ethereal arrows need some love.

they should really make this boss able to attack, when there are full enemy's, i am stuck only using scratch every turn...

How do you get gold though? Haven't seen it drop from anything.

You probably didn't see it. If a battle ends and you get your items, there will also be gold and manacrystals next to your inventory that you can drag in. Once you got gold in your backpack, it will collect it automatically.

This is a screenshot from floor 279.. I think.. since I hit floor 200, the last number is merged with the text.

This is my most fun build so far, tho at this point, it takes around a minute until a single turn is over(even if the enemy is long dead) because of over hundred cleaver hits with a single click on my shield. 

The true MVP of this build is ducktape blade of knifes which makes this damage so insane. Every shield triggers every shield while every shield triggers every cleaver and every cleaver triggeres every cleaver. Ducktape puts them all on the same queue and removes the limit of points of contact, making even 3 cleaver on a ducktape more effective than 4 cleaver. With every activation, every cleaver next to the same line of ducktape will get a stack, which leads to 462 extra damage on every cleaver. This will consist for every turn and will ramp up to insane damage for every turn. 

With only 3 shields, the - damage of the relic is pretty much neglegable, but one of my shields has 14 haste and easily cover the armor in a single turn. Especially with no fight actually getting to round to. The beauty about this combination is the cost of only 1 energy to use a set of cleavers instead of the usual 1. Even in an early setup, this is a suuuper powerful setup if you 

 The current hit 151.302 damage. The damage could be optimised by putting my best cleaver with 8 whetstones in another position to manipulate the queue and hit on the highest points of damage. I also want to replace the chefs hats with more cleavers and ducktape to further increase the ramp of the combo. It would also be optimal to pick blue cleaver on the bottom of ducktapes, since they do 1 damage more and their postiioning doesn't matter with ducktape.

I currently don't see an end to this run, since only 2 bosses currently even survive one attack. The HP scaling is rather low to the current powerlevel and even with normal mobs having 400 damage a turn, the armor and hp pool can easily survive an onslaught even if I won't kill an enemy for a turn and the single vampirsm easily heals back the damage that might get through. I will try to go further and want to see how far this goes, but even with fasters animation speed and killing every regular enemy in one hit, every fight can take 2-4 minutes. 

I wish I found this game early. Sadly I missed the kickstarter and the chance to get into the discord :( Great game and potential. Just hope that they will introduce more options for more defensive builds, because only damage can really go through the whole game without luck. 

Any one know why my game keeps freezing and the only way to get it running angin is if I reload the page? Im on a ipad btw

any tips on making this better? i need to pass and i don't want to scrap the run. the shield has 1 haste

I recomend duct tape and chef's hat if you can get it and generaly more shielding for king's fight

You would need the relic that activates weapons adjacent to weapons. I posted a screenshot for that in this comments, but it would make defense and offense at the same and make the cleaver cost just 1. The negative effect can be easily avoided with cleaver.

But unless you are able to kill both of the front guys, you will probably die. You would need something like the stone that adds weakness to your weapon to deal with your setup and reduce their damage by a lot.

So I did a quick rework of your setup without considering your entire inventory. I just took the cleavers you had and moved them to be more efficient.

You start with the Jack cleaver left of the diamond and that creates a chain that makes them all trigger! if you get a king cleaver the setup should change widely though. 

~I forgot two more normal cleavers diagonal from the top queen

I can not get the game to update I am still on the version before everyone else my only benefit is thatI still have the stacking items glitch and thats starting to become boring please help.

Not sure what I could have done more with this build against the big rat boss ( spikes ) are you forced to get high damage weapons / defence? So the full whetstone / hatchet build really is not viable?
EDIT : just realised I should have stacked the damages without attacking, resisting with the defence I get every turn ... F

I played this on my school Chromebook and it said that my browser did not support WebGL. I checked if my browser supported it on a website. It did support WebGL but the game is not running. It was working fine yesterday. Anyone know why?

Restart your chrome

You may have an update waiting, or you may have to restart your chromebook; I myself am using a school chromebook from my college and that seemed to fix the issue (restarting it, I mean.). I think it has to do with when you close the chromebook it goes to sleep and doesnt turn off, so after awhile the small automated updates that come out once or twice a month (maybe more) don't get installed automatically like it would on a regular PC.

I think there should be a button to rotate the items to make this more touchscreen compatible

There is in the options, it's the "rotate" button.

I've played on Ipad and I just hold the item and tap to get it to rotate - works pretty good on Ipad

First glass-cannon mana build got me to the end of 14. The wand provides the DPS. Dagger belt + 0-cost axes/shivs power up the wand every turn. The stone gives unbelievable survivability with the stacking health per hit when you make 20+ hits a round. 11 mana per round, plus 4 mana per kill. Icing on the cake is the 12 rage per kill from the necklaces.

Best build I ever made. 5 haste on the Mirror shield and 4 rage on one King Cleaver. Every turn generates 999 cap armor, and damage starting with 33k and scaling to 100+k with 96 generated rage per turn. 244 HP, Poison is covered, Healing is covered and there is enough space for curses + charmed bracelet to get rid of Big curses if needed (For now everything dies before giving curses). I'm at Floor 100 and I believe that this build can go infinite and damage can scale even more with more Duct tapes.

Is this a bug? I'm using the Hercule Pavise and activating the mirror shield but it isn't removing spikes or rage.

Were multiple enemies on screen and you targeted the wrong enemie? I think it was single target

bat's are to over powered nonmatter what i try doing i always get killed by the scent one or thirds, one :/ or am i just bad iv played this game 12 times every time it there is mutable bat's in a level i get killed .💀 there like mini bosses. im starting to thing im unlucky

Great game! Visuals and gameplay/concept is on point. Really do hope this become a big game on steam.

I think theres a bug in the interaction between roof, conduit, and electric stone. From top: e-stone, roof, then conduit, then brick. Brick should be conductive and give +1 damage because of e-stone, but i doesn't.

e-stone applies to WEAPONS...

Why shield spirit debuff outscales stopwatch buff by so much?

You should use coral since it gives 2 spike for each shield used.

Trust me I'm doing the same start and I'm on floor 128 because of it. :D

It outscales because you have multiple shields next to your weapon. It would be the same if you had 1 shield and 1 stopwatch but it looks like you have 4 or more. That would mean it outscales the stopwatch by like 4 times. Point is, if you have one shield and a stopwatch, you don't get outscaled.

One shield can only activate the weapon once, while shield spirit debuff activate multiple times
