Version two hotfix 5!

Made numerous small changes:

• Fixed a glitch where bows could be deselected before the arrow was fired - resulting in less damage
• Fixed the golden whetstone - which could be used again after being destroyed
• Increased the golden whetstone to +2 permanent damage
• Change the Key sword to a "Key" - it can now unlock doors, but is destroyed
• Fixed the Chef Hat so it matches other hats/helmets
• Fixed a glitch where items weren't destroyed successfully, resulting in problems with the cauldron
• Fixed a typo in the "curse" enemy intention card
• Removed the "Arrow Template" which was incorrectly spawned after the Archery School event
• Fixed a typo in the Olm's card
• Made the end of combat also count as the end of your turn - removing some curses when combat ends
