Version two hotfix!

Made numerous small changes:

• Fixed a bug where combat could end twice if you kill the enemy before all passive items have their effect
• Corrected several items including the "Disgusting Food" and the "Water Flask"
• Made mana slightly more rare
• Made helmets and footwear give debuffs to other helmets and footwear - encouraging the player to use only one set of each
• Slightly debuffed passive armor
• Buffed several enemies including bosses
• Made it so you can rotate items even when you aren't holding them
• Fixed curses so they don't immediately destroy items that they are placed on top of
• Fixed a glitch with the mana from the frog pond
