Multiple times now I have ended up in broken paths where I can't complete the game. You might already be aware of this. (Playing on the Steam demo on Mac)

um I think I killed the loop 3 boss without hacking terminals???? is this a bug or is it possible with the combos I have
The Stop the Flow of Time idea is great, it gives the player more time to think and strategize. I also really like the deck as an attack. Just one suggestion, if the selection of the deck there could be done via keyboard, I think it would be more logical to the player's movement interaction than the mouse.

Backpack Heros is one of the best games ever made, each character feels like a totally different game, it's pure serotonin. I really hope this game ends up being the same where each character completely changes things up. I don't know if it's one person doing this or a team, but you guys have genius ideas. Taking big risks but when you see the results, it seems obvious. I really hope variety and large amounts of weapons, perks and enemies make it into the final version. I'm rooting for you.
new characters aren't going to be on the same level of difference as say the base character of backpack hero to cr-8, but they will all have a completely unique set of cards, relics, and mechanics!
That's good enough, that can make them feel very unique and really that's all I was hoping for.

Yeah, this game rules. Prepare to make a bunch of money and get super famous.
The time stopping with energy for cards system is interesting, but having no ability to do anything except run away when you don't have energy feels pretty bad. Even having a weak basic attack would feel better.
There's some clear tension between this being a fast paced active game and a more methodical one, and right now it feels like that tension hasn't been resolved

Love the game. Been playing it (probably too much) over the past week or so.
Just played a Defend level and managed to keep playing after the lil guy was destroyed. Won the level despite failing the objective. Not sure what is going on there.
Otherwise, everything is really polished.
this is intended! objectives within a level are optional to progress, but doing them nets a reward!

Finally beat the game today and loved it. Great work.
It has changed, probably for the better overall. It's always weird when you can't play the old version of a game.
for some reason when i get to certain levels i click one key and then i keep moving in that direction until i die
I like the game. it is fun.
Edit: I have now beaten the game. It was fun methinks. At the end of the first floor, I was forced to pick a relic that dramatically changed how I played the game. This is a great moment and there is a lot of potential in this mechanic. I ended up picking the relic that made it so I only gained energy while standing still or from killing enemies. The game got really easy after that, the scaling felt a little off, I was gaining energy faster than I could use it!
Regardless, cool game, very fun, two thumbs up!!!

Awesome game! Made it to act 2 (ignore I did it on easy please haha. Left a follow and keep up the amazing work!
I almost won I like the new floor, the final boss was hard because I didn't know where i was going and there were a lot of enemies. As you can see ^ the bipod isn't as good any more which you said in your patch notes, and it's definitely not good for the act 2 boss because you have you move far down the tunnel. I will say that boomerang, and the ice glyph, with the power that pulses freeze are still good, I also liked how when we completed a defend mission you were rewarded with an artifact. I can't remember if that was there before but I like it, all in all I really like the new update, I can't wait for the other character to be added. Good luck with your game, I will continue to play it.

I found the game so great! It's not much of an action game as much as it is strategy! It was just kinda hard to understand the "how to win" part at first while I still didn't get a grasp on the energy economy, but overall, it's a great game!
idk if im just bad at bullet hells but.

I found it somewhat easy once I knew when to play cards and how the energy economy works. It isn't very clear how to play at first, but then the game gets so much more fun!

Hi, thanks for the report and logs. We've had a couple of rare reports about this, but we're unable to reproduce the problem. Could you tell me a little more about your set up? What browser are you using and how much RAM does your machine have?
I am from ru and used https://github.com/bol-van/zapret to access youtube (goverment censores and block many sites) while playing, this may cause problem. Chrome, win10, 6gb RAM. Also extensions adblock and https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/%D0%BE%D0%B1%D1%85%D0%BE%D0%B4-%D0%B1%D... (also anti-censorship). Thats all.
also how does the hack terminal work? when i click hack terminal nothing happens
The terminals have rings around them that are visible when you stand near them. You just need to remain in the circle until the terminal starts firing a lazer towards the boss.
great game but i find if i get too many relics it starts glitching i had four frozen skulls shatter glyph rubber bullets two splinters holy lightning and whittling knife and everytime i use a ice skill it glitches
is that just my internet or does this happen for other people
Interesting idea. I think it takes too long to ramp up though, unless you get really lucky.
